IBM has released IBM.NET 9.7 (also named cobra). This is the latest version of IBM's support for ADO.NET across their data server product range, including UniVerse and UniData.
You will need to download the IBM Data Server Provider for .Net 9.7 and the IBM Database Addins for Visual Studio.
