Entrinsik Names New Director of Informer Customer Services

Appointment in conjunction with launch of new customer-centric initiatives reflect ongoing commitment to outstanding customer service

Entrinsik, Inc., a leading provider of innovative, web-based operational reporting and analysis solutions, today announced the appointment of Tim Nicholson to Director of Informer Customer Services responsible for the overall user experience.  Informer is Entrinsik's web-based reporting and analytics platform designed to deliver live data from multiple sources in an intuitive and self-service environment.

Tim has worked for 20 years in software development and brings with him 7 years experience implementing and managing Datatel®s Colleague® application at Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, NC.  The appointment represents a commitment to streamline and broaden services offered to customers of Entrinsik's Informer Web Reporting software, including implementation, setup, and usage training.  

In combination with this move, Entrinsik has launched two key initiatives this year to support customers in best leveraging Informer usage across their organizations: (1) hosting the first Informer User Meeting, which will take place on October 11th and 12th; and (2) developing a new customer portal providing a streamlined method of communication, support, and delivery of updates. The portal will allow Informer customers to share best practices, discuss issues with other Informer users, and download the latest version of Informer.
