Nominate executives who work for end-user companies only. These are Chief Information Officers/Technology Executives who have successfully used technology to bring improvements within their organizations.
Nomination Information:
- Full name of person being nominated
- Title of this nominee
- Company for which this nominee works
Company Name, Mailing Address where the nominee is located, Direct Tel number, email of nominee
- How long has the person being nominated been in the current position with the company?
- Who is nominating this CIO/ Technology Executive?
- Brief background about the person being nominated
Maximum of 200 words. Number of years in the industry, academic and professional qualifications, certifications, etc.
- What is the total IT or Technology budget of nominee's organization each year (in US$)?
- Give brief examples of major accomplishments or projects over the past 12-18 months that that the nominee has been involved with
Examples could include cost savings, higher productivity, better data access, etc. (maximum 200 words)
- Which business functions benefited greatly from the above projects?
- Which technologies, products or services have been most important to executing the above projects?
- Name some technology vendors that the nominee has great respect for their solutions and products
- Leadership Qualities of the Nominee
i.e. how did this nominee break all the hurdles to get cooperation from his/her seniors; how did he/she motivate the team, etc.
- What advice would this nominee want to give the technology vendors on future developments or innovations?
