Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) Nomination
Technology Industry's Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) have a clear vision and mission, have set measurable goals and objectives for themselves, are selfless and mentors to others, and most importantly demonstrate respect and trust for their staff, employees and the tech-industry.
Nomination Information:
- Full name of the person being nominated
- Title of the person being nominated
- Vendor's Company Name and complete corporate mailing address
- Vendor's website address/URL
- Brief background about the person being nominated
Number of years in the industry; academic qualifications, inventions, what the person likes to do, etc. (at least 200 words)
- How long has the person being nominated been in the current position with the company?
i.e. number of Years and Months
- Describe any measureable goals and objectives the nominee set in the past 12-18 months and then exceeded or met those expectations
- What steps/ activities have you taken to influence the tech-industry beyond just your own organization?
(at least 100 words)
- Leadership/Mentoring
Give brief examples of nominee’s leadership/mentorship qualities and how the nominee is helping shape talent within her/his company.
- Personal Interests and Hobbies of the nominee

Online nomination submission
All nominations must be submitted online or through email.
- Please submit a new separate online submission form for each company, technology, or individual.
- Each nomination requires answering a set of questions. You may want to prepare a final draft in your word processor and either simply cut and paste into an email, or submit the document as an attachment.
