Can’t Make It This Year? Consider Virtual Education

In a down economy, you may be challenged to be more economical and creative in order to find your solutions. Faced with tighter budgets and, in some cases, leaner staffing, what is the best training option? Virtual education.

Spectrum 2010 Virtual Conference is an organization-wide, low-cost training approach that offers you and your staff the right level of training at the right price depending on your organization’s educational needs.

What Does the Virtual Conference Offer?

Given the impact the economy may have on people’s ability to travel, Spectrum is offering an option for attending the Annual Conference virtually through live Webcasts. This Virtual Conference offers sessions that run concurrently throughout the Annual Conference. The 60-minute or 90-minute Webcast sessions offer individuals different levels of virtual access, depending on your educational interests.

Organizations can set up virtual access for their team, saving travel and lodging dollars for the year. This virtual offering provides individuals who cannot travel with the ability to participate and learn from selected Spectrum Annual Conference sessions and speakers in real-time.

How it works:

Selected sessions are webcast live through out the 4 day Spectrum Conference. When you register for the virtual conference, you have access to all the webcasts available for that day, or for the whole week, depending on what you signup for. These sessions are not recorded, and are presented live.

Once you register, you will receive an e-mail with a URL that you can access during the April 12th-15th. There will be a list of session links you will be able to click on to access the live session.

Additional conference information will also be available from this URL for download.
