Anzio 16.3 Ready for Windows 8

Anzio version 16.3 has been tested on Windows 8, and no problems were encountered. Some notes:

• Anzio is a 32-bit application, and will run on either 32-bit or 64-bit versions of Windows.
• Anzio will not run on an ARM processor or Windows RT.
• Anzo is not available in the Microsoft Store (that is only for ARM/RT products).
• Anzio is a traditional desktop app, accessible from the "Desktop", which you can get to from the "Start screen" by clicking the "Desktop" tile in the lower left.
